DIFFERENT VERSION..... HAVE A LAUGH!!!!!

TO ALL FOLKS WHO WERE BORN IN THE

1950's, 60' s, 70's and early 80's !!

First, some of us s urvived being born to mothers who did not have an OB-Gyne and drank San Miguel Beer while they carried us.

While pregnant, they took cold or cough medicine, a te Linunod, balikutsa, bukhayo and didn't worry about diabetes.

Then after all that trauma, our baby cribs were made of hard wood covered with lead-based paints, ang uban kay duyan nga habol gihigtan ug pisi nga inigtabyog ug kusog ma pakong intawon ta sa bongbong.

We had no soft cushy cribs that play music, no disposable diapers (lampin lang sa General Milling nga naa'y faded picture nga nag-salute), and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets, no kneepads, wala pa gyu'y break ang bisikleta.

As children, we would ride in hot un-airconditioned buses with wooden seats (Bisaya Bus nga pultahan puros ang kilid, Corominas Bus nga senimana ang brake), or cars with no airconditioning & no seat belts (karon kay Minibus na nga nindot kaayo ug sounds or Ceres Bus nga bugnaw ug aircon)

Riding on the back of a carabao on a breezy summer day was considered a treat. (karon; ang mga bata wala na kaila ug Kabaw)

We drank water from the garden hose and NOT bottled mineral water sa Nature Spring or Viva, or Absolute Mineral water (usahay gani, straight from the faucet or poso or Tabay!)

We shared one soft drink bottle with four of our friends, and NO ONE actually died from this. Or contacted hepatitis.

We ate rice with star margarine, bahaw nga gibutangan ug asin ug mantika sa baboy, drank raw eggs straight from the shell, and drank sofdrinks with real sugar in it (dili diet coke or Pepsi Max), but we weren't sick or overweight kay......

WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING!!

We would leave home in the morning and play all day, and get back when the streetlights came on. Syatong, Bato-Lata, Bagol, Dakop-Dakop, Tago-Tago, Ngita'g Kaka.

No one was able to reach us all day ( wala pa'y uso ang cellphone) . And yes, we were O.K.

We would spend hours building our wooden trolleys (katong bearing ang ligid) or Karitong Kawayan nga karaang tsinilas ang giporma nga ligid and then ride down the street , wala ma'y gidungog nga naligsan atoh! After hitting the sidewalk or falling into a canal (sewage channel) a few times, we learned to solve the problem ourselves with our bare & dirty hands .

We did not have Playstations, Nintendo's, X-boxes, no video games at all, no 100 channels on cable, no DVD movies, no surround stereo, no IPOD's, no cell phones, no computers, no Internet, no chat rooms, and no Friendsters. ........ ...WE HAD REAL FRIENDS and we went outside to actually talk and play with them!

We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and there were no stupid lawsuits from these accidents. The only rubbing we get is from our friends with the words..sakit bai ? pero kung kontra gani nimo ang imong kadula,,,,singgitan lang dayon ug..Mayra,Gabaan!

We played marbles (jolen) in the dirt , washed our hands just a little and ate Pan Bahug-bahug & Bagumbayan (recycled bread man diay to kay wala mahalin!) We were not afraid of getting germs in our stomachs.

We had to live with homemade guns (giporma nga kahoy, gihigtan ug garter ug lastiko) , saplong , tirador ug uban pa nga pwedeng magkasakitay. Pero lingaw gihapon kaayo ang tanan.

We made up games with sticks ( syatong ), and cans ( Bato-Lata )and although we were told they were dangerous, wala man gyud to'y actual nga nabuta bah, bukol lang nuon sa agtang naa.

We walked, rode bikes, or took tricycles to a friend's house and knocked on the door or batoon ug gagmay nga bato ang bungbong, or just yelled for them to jump out the window!

Mini basketball teams had tryouts and not everyone made the team. Those who didn't pass had to learn to deal with the disappointment. Wala pa nang mga childhood depression ug damaged self esteem ek-ek ra na. Ang maglagot, pildi.

Ang mga Ginikanan naa ra sa daplin para motan-aw ra sa duwa sa mga bata, dili para manghilabot ug makig-away sa ubang parents.

That generation of ours has produced some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers, creative thinkers and successful professionals ever! They are the CEO's, Engineers, Doctors and Military Generals of today.

The past 50 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas.

We had failure, success, and responsibility. We learned from our mistakes the hard way.

You might want to share this with others who've had the luck to grow up as real kids. We were lucky indeed.

The father replies, "I have a marvelous little instrument destined to be used on a woman, but which has never yet been used..." Roaring with laughter the Custom's officer says, "Go right through father.

He almost didn't see the old lady, stranded on the side
of the road, but even in the dim light of day, he could
see she needed help. So he pulled up in front of her
Mercedes and got out. His Pontiac was still sputtering
when he approached her.

Even with the smile on his face, she was worried. No
one had stopped to help for the last hour or so. Was he
going to hurt her? He didn't look safe; he looked poor
and hungry.

He could see that she was frightened, standing out
there in the cold. He knew how she felt.. It was that
chill which only fear can put in you.

He said, "I'm here to help you, ma'am. Why don't you
wait in the car where it's warm? By the way, my name
is Bryan Anderson."

Well, all she had was a flat tire, but for an old lady,
that was bad enough. Bryan crawled under the car
looking for a place to put the jack, skinning his
knuckles a time or two. Soon he was able to change
the tire. But he had to get dirty and his hands hurt.

As he was tightening up the lug nuts, she rolled down
the window and began to talk to him. She told him
that she was from St. Louis and was only just passing
through. She couldn't thank him enough for coming
to her aid.

Bryan just smiled as he closed her trunk. The lady
asked how much she owed him. Any amount would
have been all right with her. She already imagined all
the awful things that could have happened had he not
stopped. Bryan never thought twice about being paid.
This was not a job to him. This was helping someone
in need, and God knows there were plenty, who had
given him a hand in the past. He had lived his whole
life that way, and it never occurred to him to act any
other way.

He told her that if she really wanted to pay him back,
the next time she saw someone who needed help, she
could give that person the assistance they needed,
and Bryan added, "And think of me."

He waited until she started her car and drove off. It
had been a cold and depressing day, but he felt good
as he headed for home, disappearing into the twilight.

A few miles down the road the lady saw a small cafe.
She went in to grab a bite to eat, and take the chill off
before she made the last leg of her trip home. It was a
dingy looking restaurant. Outside were two old gas
pumps. The whole scene was unfamiliar to her. The
waitress came over and brought a clean towel to wipe
her wet hair. She had a sweet smile, one that even
being on her feet for the whole day couldn't erase The
lady noticed the waitress was nearly eight months
pregnant, but she never let the strain and aches
change her attitude. The old lady wondered how
someone who had so little could be so giving to a
stranger. Then she remembered Bryan .

After the lady finished her meal, she paid with a
hundred dollar bill. The waitress quickly went to get
change for her hundred dollar bill, but the old lady
had slipped right out the door. She was gone by the
time the waitress came back. The waitress wondered
where the lady could be. Then she noticed something
written on the napkin.

There were tears in her eyes when she read what the
lady wrote: "You don't owe me anything. I have been
there too. Somebody once helped me out, the way I'm
helping you. If you really want to pay me back, here is
what you do: Do not let this chain of love end with
you."

Under the napkin were four more $100 bills.

Well, there were tables to clear, sugar bowls to fill,
and people to serve, but the waitress made it through
another day. That night when she got home from work
and climbed into bed, she was thinking about the
money and what the lady had written. How could the
lady have known how much she and her husband
needed it? With the baby due next month, it was
going to be hard....

She knew how worried her husband was, and as he
lay sleeping next to her, she gave him a soft kiss and
whispered soft and low, "Everything's going to be all
right. I love you, Bryan Anderson."

NEW YORK – A 140-year-old lobster once destined for a dinner plate received the gift of life Friday from a Park Avenue seafood restaurant.

George, the 20-pound supercentenarian crustacean, was freed by City Crab and Seafood in New York City.

"We applaud the folks at City Crab and Seafood for their compassionate decision to allow this noble old-timer to live out his days in freedom and peace," said Ingrid E. Newkirk, president of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

PETA spokesman Michael McGraw said the group asked City Crab to return George to the Atlantic Ocean after a diner saw him at the restaurant, where steamed Maine lobster sells for $27 per pound. George had been caught off Newfoundland, Canada and lived in the tank for about 10 days before his release.

Some scientists estimate lobsters can live to be more than 100 years old. PETA and the restaurant guessed George's age at about 140, using a rule of thumb based on the creature's weight.

He was to be released Saturday near Kennebunkport, Maine, in an area where lobster trapping is forbidden.

Therefore, I called one company, and I told them their product contains a substance that will cause people to have cancer. They said, Yeah we knew about it but there is nothing we can do about it because we need that substance to produce foam. By the way Colgate toothpaste also contains the same substance to produce the "bubbles". They said they are going to send me some information.

INSTANT NOODLES

Dear instant noodle lovers,

Make sure you break for at least 3 days after one session of instant noodles before you eat your next packet! Please read the info shared to me by a doctor. My family stopped eating instant noodles more than 5 years ago after hearing about the wax coating the noodles - the wax is not just in the Styrofoam containers but it coats the noodles. This is why the instant noodles do not stick to each other when cooking.

If one were to examine the ordinary Chinese yellow noodles in the market, one will notice that, in their uncooked state the noodles are oily. This layer of oil prevents the noodles from sticking together.

Wanton noodles in their uncooked state have been dusted with flour to prevent them sticking together. When the hawker cooks the noodles, notice he cooks them in hot water and then rinses them in cold water before cooking them in hot water again. This process is repeated several times before the noodles are ready to be served. The cooking and rinsing process prevents noodles from sticking together.

The hawker then "lowers the noodles in oil and sauce to prevent the noodles from sticking if they are to be served dry. Cooking instructions for spaghetti require oil or butter to be added in the water when boiling the spaghetti to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Otherwise, one gets a big clump of spaghetti!

There was an SBC (now TCS) actor some years ago, who at a busy time of his career had no time to cook, resorted to eating instant noodles everyday. He got cancer later on. His doctor told him about the wax in instant noodles. The doctor told him that our body will need up to 2 days to clear the wax. There was also an SIA steward who after moving out from his mother's house into his own house, did not cook but ate instant noodles almost every meal. He had cancer, and has since died from it.

Nowadays the instant noodles are referred as "cancer noodles".

They call it the "Quarter-life Crisis." It is when you stop going along with the crowd and start realizing that there are a lot of things about yourself that you didn't know and may not like.

You start feeling insecure and wonder where you will be in a year or two, but then get scared because you barely know where you are now. You start realizing that people are selfish and that, maybe, those friends that you thought you were so close to aren't exactly the greatest people you have ever met and the people you have lost touch with are some of the most important ones. What you do not realize is that they are realizing that too and are not really cold or catty or mean or insincere, but that they are as confused as you are.

You look at your job. It is not even close to what you thought you would be going or maybe you are looking for one and realizing that you are going to have to start at the bottom and are scared.

You miss the comforts of college, of groups, of socializing with the same people on a constant basis. But then you realize that maybe they weren't so great after all. You are beginning to understand yourself and what you want and do not want. Your opinions have gotten stronger. You see what others are doing and find yourself judging a bit more than usual because suddenly you realize that you have certain boundaries in your life and add things to your list of what is acceptable and what is not. You are insecure and then secure. You laugh and cry with the greatest force of your life. You feel alone and scared and confused.

Suddenly change is the enemy and you try and cling on to the past with dear life but soon realize that the past is drifting further and further away and there is nothing to do but stay where you are or move forward.

You get your heart broken and wonder how someone you loved could do such damage to you or you lay in bed and wonder why you can't meet anyone decent

enough to get to know better. You love someone but maybe love someone else too and cannot figure out why you are doing this because you are not a bad person. One night stands and random hook ups start to look cheap and getting wasted and acting like an idiot starts to look pathetic.

You go through the same emotions and questions over and over and talk with your friends about the same topics because you can not seem to make a decision. You worry about loans and money and the future and making a life for yourself and while winning the race would be great, right now you'd just like to be a contender!

What you may not realize is that everyone reading this relates to it. We are in our best of times and our worst of times, trying as hard as we can to figure this whole thing out. We are making a lot of mistakes, but helping one another learn from them and reaching out to pull one another up. We are not the shiniest group of people, but are very much a circle. We are there for one another and will listen and grow for the rest of our lives. We will piss one another off, but we will also heal one another's hearts. We are the group who sometimes doesn't need words but will laugh at the end of a conversation that started with

angry words.

We are friends and in 10 years, when we have figured out where we fit in this world, we will still be friends always

At the time I was driving on 1-75 near Dayton, Ohio, with my
wife and children. We turned off the highway for a rest and
refreshment stop. My wife Barbara and children went into the
restaurant. I suddenly felt the need to stretch my legs, so waved
them off ahead saying I'd join them later. I bought a soft drink,
and as I walked toward a Dairy Queen, feelings of self pity enshrouded
my mind. I loved the Lord and my ministry, but I felt drained, burdened.
My cup was empty. Suddenly the impatient ringing of a telephone nearby
jarred me out of my doldrums. It was coming from a phone booth at a
service station on the corner. Wasn't anyone going to answer the phone?
Noise from the traffic flowing through the busy intersection must have
drowned out the sound because the service station attendant continued
looking after his customers, oblivious to the incessant ringing.
"Why doesn't somebody answer that phone?" I muttered. I began
reasoning. It may be important. What if it's an emergency? Curiosity
overcame my indifference. I stepped inside the booth and picked up
the phone. "Hello," I said casually and took a big sip of
my drink. The operator said: "Long distance call for Ken Gaub."
My eyes widened, and I almost choked on a chunk of ice. Swallowing hard,
I said, "You're crazy!" Then realizing I shouldn't speak to an
operator like that, I added, "This can't be! I was walking down the road,
not bothering anyone, and the phone was ringing..." "Is Ken Gaub there?"
the operator interrupted. "I have a long distance call for him."
It took a moment to gain control of my babbling, but I finally replied,
"Yes, he is here." Searching for a possible explanation,
I wondered if I could possibly be on Candid Camera! Still shaken,
perplexed, I asked, "How in the world did you reach me here?
I was walking down the road, the pay phone started ringing, and I
just answered it on chance. You can't mean me."
"Well," the operator asked, "is Mr. Gaub there or isn't he?" "Yes, I am
Ken Gaub," I said, finally convinced by the tone of her voice that
the call was real. Then I heard another voice say, "Yes, that's him,
operator. That's Ken Gaub." I listened dumb-founded to a strange voice
identify herself. "I'm Millie from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. You don't
know me, Mr. Gaub, but I'm desperate. Please help me." "What can I
do for you?" She began weeping. Finally she regained control and
continued. "I was about to commit suicide, had just finished writing
a note, when I began to pray and tell God I really didn't want to do this.
Then I suddenly remembered seeing you on television and thought if I could
just talk to you, you could help me. I knew that was impossible because I
didn't know how to reach you, I didn't know anyone who could help me find you.
Then some numbers came to my mind, and I scribbled them down." At this
point she began weeping again, and I prayed silently for wisdom to help her.
She continued, "I looked at the numbers and thought, couldn't it be
wonderful if I had a miracle from God, and He has given me Ken's phone
number? I decided to try calling it. I can't believe I'm talking to you.
Are you in your office in California?" I replied, "Lady, I don't have
an office in California. My office is in Yakima, Washington." A little
surprised, she asked, "Oh really, then where are you?"
"Don't you know?" I responded. "You made the call."
She explained, "But I don't even know what area I'm calling.
I just dialed the number that I had on this paper." "Ma'am, you
won't believe this, but I'm in a phone booth in Dayton Ohio!"
"Really?" she exclaimed. "Well, what are you doing there?"
I kidded her gently, "Well, I'm answering the phone. It was ringing
as I walked by, so I answered it." Knowing this encounter could only
have been arranged by God, I began to counsel the woman. As she told me
of her despair and frustration, the presence of the Holy Spirit flooded
the phone booth giving me words of wisdom beyond my ability. In a matter
of moments, she prayed the sinner's prayer and met the One who would
lead her out of her situation into a new life. I walked away from that
telephone booth with an electrifying sense of our heavenly Father's
concern for each of His children. What were the astronomical odds of
this happening. With all the millions of phones and innumerable
combinations of numbers, only an all-knowing God could have caused
that woman to call THAT number, in THAT phone booth, at THAT moment
in time. Forgetting my drink and nearly bursting with exhilaration,
I headed back to my family, wondering if they would believe my
story. Maybe I better not tell this I thought, but I couldn't contain
it. "Barb, you won't believe this! God knows where I am!"

An unemployed graduate woke up one morning and checked his pocket. All he had left was $10. He decided to use it to buy food and then wait for death as he was too proud to go begging. He was frustrated as he could find no job, and nobody was ready to help him.
He bought food and as he sat down to eat, an old man and two little children came along and asked him to help them with food as they had not eaten for almost a week. He looked at them. They were so lean that he could see their bones coming out. Their eyes had gone into the socket.
With the last bit of compassion he had, he gave them the food. The old man and children prayed that God would bless and prosper him and then gave him a very old coin.
The young graduate said to them "you need the prayer more than I do".

With no money, no job, no food, the young graduate went under the bridge to rest and wait for death. As he was about to sleep, he saw an old newspaper on the ground. He picked it up, and suddenly he saw an advertisement for people with old coins to come to a certain address.He decided to go there with the old coin the old man gave him. On getting to the place, he gave the proprietor the coin. The proprietor screamed, brought out a big book and showed the young graduate a photograph. This same old coin was worth 3 million dollars.
The young graduate was overjoyed and went in search of the old man and little children. By the time he got to where he left them eating, they had gone. He asked the owner of the canteen if he knew them. He said no but they left a note for you. He quickly opened the note thinking it would lead him to find them.

This is what the note said: "You gave us your all and God have rewarded you back with the coin"

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and
poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.
The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the
golf balls. He then asked the students again if the
jar was full they agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured
it into the jar . Of course, the sand filled up
everything else. He asked once more if the jar was
full. The students responded with a unanimous "yes."

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from
under the table and poured the entire contents into
the jar, effectively filling the empty space between
the sand. The students laughed.

"Now," said the professor, as the laughter subsided,
"I want you to recognize that this jar represents
your life. The golf balls are the important things-
your God, family, your children, your health, your
friends, and your favorite passions--things that if
everything else was lost and only they remained your
life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your
job, your house, and your car.

The sand is everything else -- the small stuff.

If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued,
"there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls.
The same goes for life. If you spend all your time
and energy on the small stuff, you will never have
room for the things that are important to you.

Pay attention to the things that are critical to your
happiness. Play with your children. Take time to

Play another 18. There will always be time to clean
the house and fix the disposal."

Take care of the golf balls first -- the things that

its been 4 months since i saw him and talagang namimiss ko na siya...
pero what can i do? it seems that i have loved the wrong person....
but still the pain keeps on hurting me and kung walang magbibigay ng
gamot
para dito sa nararamdaman ko.... baka mamatay na ako....

to give you a background about my life, everthing seems to be fine
except dun sa time na dumating na sa buhay ko yung hinayupak na lalake
na yon.... hehehehe.... kung curious kayo about dun sa guy...

ko po yon kaso lang iba na ang nangyari as time passes by.....

classmate ko sya nung highschool. pards pa nga ang tawagan namen.... o
db ang sweet? di na ako iba sa kanya and ganon na ren sya sa aken....
kung di nga lang ako naging babae baka naiuwi na ako nun sa bahay nila
and baka lahat ng gawaing pang brusko eh ipagawa na nun sa ken eh.....
pero cyempre mukha pa ren naman akong babae noh!!

highskul cyempre may pr om.... wala cyang date, wla ren ako.... i know
that he wanted to invite me to be his date pero ang ogag nga kasi nun
kaya the last minute tsaka lang sya nag-ask. he went to our house...
nakamotor po sya and medyo pawisan pero infairness.... mabango pa
ren....

he ask my permission to see my dress for the prom.... cyempre para
maloka sya sa aken at may konting surprise... i refuse.... o sige,
medyo nafrustrate sya pero hindi yon naging hadlang para invite nya
ko.... sa
ganda ko na to..... cyempre ang dami munang pa-echeng.... hanggang sa
tanungin nya ako kung may date na ba me.... e kung di ba naman siya
abnormal eh.... papayag ba akong makipagdate sa iba eh sya lang ang
gusto ko.... lam mo yon... sarap sampalin.... so in short, papilit pa
ba
ako? syempre.....

the night of my life came, i was so pretty sabi ng nang-uuto kong
nanay... pero naniwala lang ako nang sya na ang nagsabi.... blush ako
ever.... kahit alam kong maganda ako since birth(hehehehe) iba pa ren
yung sa kanya galing diba?

we enjoyed that night and lalo ko lang napatunayan sa sarili ko na
mahal ko na pala ang hinayupak na bestfrend ko......

syempre ano pa ba ang sunod na event sa prom kundi ang graduation na
db? the night before the graduation, we talked on the phone na para
bang it would be the last time na maririnig namen ang boses ng
isat-isa..... i've waited for the moment na mabanggit nya na may
feelings din sya and
hindi naman ako nagkamali.... tinanong nya ako kung may possibilty daw
na maging kame.... i know na maiinis kayo sa ken dahil alam nyo ba ang
sagot ko? ah, eh.... hindi pwede kase bestfrends tayo eh.... yung mga
anak na lang naten yung ipag-partner naten.... sa isip-isip ko.... ang
tanga! pano ko nasabi ang ganong words? pero wala na akong
magagawa.... alam namang bawiin ko pa eh di nahuli naman ako db? pe ro
ang tanga ko talaga....

cyempre college na.... im so proud to say na napunta naman ako sa
magandang school and take note... pareho kame ng skul..... ano to?
kailangan bang ituloy ang naudlot na pagmamahalan namen?....
hehehe....

nagkaboyfriend ako for a year and a half.... minahal ko sya pero there
are these conflicts and problems na di na kayang ayusin.... in
short.... nagbreak kame.....

i guess god meant that to happen kasi yon din yung time na nagkita
kame ng bestfrend ko..... sa sobrang miss namen ang isa't-isa.... sabay
na
kameng umuwi, kumain, pumasok..... im happy pero parang lalo ko lang
pinahirapan ang sarili ko dahil my feelings for that guy grows each
and everytime that we are together... buti na lang magaling akong
magtago
at magpigil.... hehehe.... bilib kayo noh?.....

one morning, im so busy preparing my project that would be pass on
that same day.... alam kong dumati ng na sya at nasa likuran ko na ang
mokong pero dahil sobrang pressure sa project.... gusto ko man syang
dambahan... cyempre mamayang gabi na lang di ba? hehehe.... di ko sya
masyadong napansin.....

may inabot syang sulat sa aken and he asked if i could join him sa
lunch.... i said yes.... then, alis na cya.... alam naman kc nyang im
busy.....

when i was about to enter the room, somebody bumped me and my precious
project fell... gusto ko mang magalet... what can i do db? instead i
ask my prof to give me another chance to do my project.... naalala ko
si mokong.... the lunch date.... kinuha ko ang cell ko to text him that
i can't come to our meeting.... e kaso.... pag tinamaan k nga naman ng
malas.... check operator service daw.... i tried to look for friends or
other kakilala pero malas that day talaga....

and so i took my lunch all by my self.... naalala ko yung letter....
hinanap ko sa bag... WALA !!!! bumalik me sa corridor praying na andon
pa yung sulat.... wala ren.... god! why? minsan lang magbigay ng sulat
yon.... nawala pa.... dont know how to tell him about the letter....

and so days and weeks passed, pag nagkikita kame... di nya ako
pinapansin... ako, i tried to talk to him pero alam kong may kasalanan
ako pero ganon ba kalaki ang nagawa kong di pagpunta at ganon na lang
ang iwas
nya?... sige... hinayaan ko na lang....

months na ang binilang... i heard that he was dating a girl from the
same school that we are in... masakit.... na sa iba ko pa narinig na
sila na .... mas masakit na wala na akong halaga sa kanya.....

basta... ilang araw din yon na ganon ang nararamdaman ko.... weeks....
months.... gagraduate na po ako.... i wonder what's instore for me in
my last day in school.... and so i thought na puntahan yung favorite
hang out namen.... when i was about to get near the place.... i saw
him...

with the girl.... umiiyak ang bruha but i cant hear what they are
talking about.... so ive decided to get out of that place before my
tears
burst out.... and then a common frend ang sumalubong sa aken....
saying na
buntis ang girl.... syempre.... durog na durog ang puso ko.... kung
kaya nyo lang ma-imagine yung naramdaman ko.....

the night of that same day.... naloka ang lola nyo.... nagparamdam ang
mokong pagkaraan ng pagkatagal-tagal na panahon... i thought it was
something good for me... for us.... pero i was wrong.... so wrong.....
he gave me a wedding invitation and isa ako sa bridesmaids..... the
girl... she was waiting in the car.... o db? dati motor lang ngaun...
car na....

and so the wedding came.... maganda po ako nun.... sabi ng nanay ko
pero wala ng nagsecond the motion eh.... so naniwala na lang ako sa
nanay ko.... then, there was this professor who c ame to see me.... he
handed over a letter with my name carefully printed on the
enveloped.... he
said that he looked for the owner of that letter kaso lang po malaki po
ang skul namin kaya mahirap magkahanapan db? and so nung nakita nya
ang name ko sa invitation, he decided to bring the letter thinking
that it
could save souls... daw....

and so i was about to open the letter when the priest ask kung sino
daw ang tututol... dedma ako.... alam namang manggulo pa ko noh....

binasa ko na ang letter..... nakakatouch po talaga.... he opened up
his feelings for me.... hoping na meron din daw akong feelings for
him....
he ask that if i will show up to our hang-out the next day after he
gave his letter, then it means that i also have feelings for him and
that he would love me for the rest of our lives.... but if i wont....
then
he will never open that topic again.... he pleaded to me na sana
pumunta ako... ...

if only i have that letter.... if only i knew about it.... kung di
lang ako clumsy and carelss to keep that letter... things would be
diffrent.... if only.....

and so i heard the priest announced the couple as husband and wife....
ang sakit......

picture taking..... gusto mang sumabog ng nararamdaman ko.... as you
know.... magaling akong magpigil.... pero masakit po talaga....
sobra......

after the picture taking...... niyakap ako ng bestfrend ko.... ang
higpit.... and teary eyed nyang cnabi na.... >

The face can speak of a thousand emotions but it can easily mask what
the heart truly feels. Don't be fooled...for the happiest face may be
